Privacy Policy
Last updated September 4, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Atlas Growth Media ("Atlas," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit atlasgrowth.media (the "Site") or submit the strategy-call booking form. It does not cover the separate Atlas client portal, which has its own privacy policy.
2. Information we collect
- Booking form details — full name, email address, phone number, business name, monthly revenue range, and whatever you write about your growth challenge, when you submit the "Book a Free Strategy Call" form.
- Scheduling information — your name, email, and phone number are passed to our booking calendar so it can prefill your appointment when you pick a time.
- Usage data — pages viewed, button clicks, and general device/browser information, collected automatically via analytics.
- Chat widget messages — anything you type into the on-site chat assistant stays in your browser only; it is not sent to us or stored anywhere.
3. How we use your information
- Respond to your strategy-call request and prepare for the call.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Follow up about our services if you've asked to be contacted.
- Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues.
4. Third-party services we use
- GoHighLevel — when you submit the booking form, your details are sent to our GoHighLevel CRM so our team can follow up and so the booking calendar (also hosted on GoHighLevel) can schedule your call.
- Vercel Analytics — collects aggregate, privacy-friendly traffic and performance data. It does not use cookies to track you across other sites.
- Google Tag Manager — if configured, receives anonymized event data (such as which button you clicked) to help us measure what's working.
- Instagram — our footer links to our Instagram profile; visiting it is subject to Meta's own privacy policy, not ours.
5. Cookies and local storage
The Site uses your browser's local/session storage to remember small, non-identifying preferences — for example, whether you've already dismissed a notification popup — so we don't show it to you twice in the same visit. Our analytics providers may also set cookies to distinguish visitors. You can clear this data anytime through your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the Site.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above (GoHighLevel, our analytics providers) so they can perform the functions we use them for, and when required by law.
7. Data retention
Booking form submissions are kept in our CRM for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, or until you ask us to delete them. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to each provider's standard retention period.
8. Your choices
- Ask us what information we have about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your information.
- Unsubscribe from any follow-up emails using the link in the email.
- Contact us with any privacy question or request — see below.
9. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business owners and operators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
